The menu is valid for 10 people minimum, an identical menu for everyone.
The number of people must be confirmed the same day before 10 am.

Choice of starters:

  • Sardine rillettes with Habanero pepper
  • Thin-crust tart with wild mushrooms
  • Piquillos stuffed with feta cheese and black olives
  • Chef’s inspiration Terrine 
  • Smoked duck magret and preserved gizzards salad

Choice of main course:

  • Roasted salmon steak, leek fondue
  • Swordfish steak "à la plancha", tagliatelle with cuttlefish ink
