The menu is valid for 10 people minimum, an identical menu for everyone.
The number of people must be confirmed the same day before 10 am.

 

On the menu:

Choice of dishes:

  • Roasted salmon steak, leek fondue
  • Pork filet mignon, sweet potato with small grelot potatoes and smoked lard
  • Pan-seared beef tartare, gratin dauphinois
  • Crispy chicken suprême, sauce diable, crushed parsnip
